Description
Real-estate management company seeks a full-time leasing specialist for 200+ unit residential apartment property in Anaheim, California. Must be able to work weekends.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs sales and leasing tasks, including touring prospects through the property
  • Help prepare rentready units for tours
  • Handles tasks delegated by the Community Manager
  • Reports directly to the Community Manager

Requirements:


  • Sales and leasing experience
  • Ability to project a polished performance
  • Tenantrelationship skills
  • Teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
  • Ability to adapt and respond in a dynamic environment
  • Administrative and bookkeeping experience and skills
  • Resultsoriented, selfpaced, selfdriven
  • Computer skills
  • Experience with multiunit apartment management
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Problemsolving and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy

$ $22.00 per hour
