    Description

    Corporate Relations Administration

    AGA (American Gastroenterological Association) is a membership-based organization focusing on improving digestive health through scientific and medical innovation. Are you detail-oriented and organized? Do you enjoy enhancing processes for efficiency?

    We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage processes for our Corporate Relations team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in reporting, grant procedures, and proficient in databases and Microsoft Office.

    POSITION: Corporate Relations Coordinator

    REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Corporate Relations

    SUMMARY: Support Corporate Relations fundraising processes and administrative functions for Corporate Relations, Innovation, and the AGA Foundation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage grant submissions, revenue tracking, and grant reconciliations.
    • Report on funding-related metrics.
    • Develop procedures and systems for effective grant management.
    • Track contracts and facilitate meetings.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks such as document preparation and data management.
    • Collaborate with Finance Department for fund requests and tracking.
    • Support donor stewardship and key opinion leader meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Administrative experience in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors.
    • Proficient in CRM, donor databases, and Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with grant processes and reporting.
    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Sporadic travel may be required.
