About Allison Way:

It is my pleasure to introduce myself.  My name is Allison K. Way.  I am a Real Estate Professional and Office Administrator.  My experience ranges from luxury sales to teleconferencing coordinator.  I have worked in the non-profit sector, private sector and private military contracting--  I was a meeting coordinator at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as a contractor.

I am a Realtor and have extensive experience is professional environments.  My work ethic is consistent and have a mindset of success that positively impacts my superiors and colleagues.

Self motivation and punctuality are some of my desirable attributes.  I sincerely believe that professionalism and optimism are needed to run a successful business.

As a small business owner myself, I understand how difficult it is to find qualified employees.  I come from a family of successful professionals and have the ability to relate to people of all walks of life. I take pride in my appearance and in the appearance of the office.

The quality of my work allows for others to thrive in their respective positions.  I type 78 words per minute and have the ability to multitask while maintaining a cheerful and focused disposition.
