Lead a major change management initiative for Return to Travel post pandemic to enhance the overall experience for ICF travelers before, during and after travel including an updated Global Travel Policy, a customizable Travel Portal and Duty of Care Process for travelers going to High-Risk Locations.
Worked closely with International Ops and Travel Security teams to provide an automated Duty-of-Care process to better support travelers in safety and preparedness when traveling to high-risk destinations including Pre-Trip Approval Requests and Pre-Trip Advisories.
