Responsibilities

You will report to the head of the Group Legal Department
You will support the Group Legal and Insurance Department in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
You will plan, organize, and manage the global contract management for the TÜV SÜD Group and support the development of contract management tools for individual TÜV SÜD Group companies
You will develop, create, and coordinate communication, presentations, and trainings for the Group Legal and Insurance Department for the TÜV SÜD Group
You will assist the Insurance Department in handling claims against TÜV SÜD, particularly in managing and settling smaller claims, corresponding with insurers, etc.
You will compile and prepare the annual risk data for insurance purposes
