    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Technical Designer will play a crucial role in supporting our design and production processes, ensuring that our enchanting designs are brought to life with precision and excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the design team to understand design concepts and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Assist in creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for garment construction, including patterns, grading, and measurements.
    • Support the development of samples and prototypes, ensuring they meet quality standards and design requirements.
    • Conduct fittings and provide feedback on garment fit, construction, and overall quality.
    • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components that meet quality and cost requirements.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of design specifications, sample development, and production timelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to children's apparel design and production.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Engineering, or related field.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience is preferred.
    • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar programs.
    • Strong understanding of garment construction techniques, patternmaking, and grading.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in technical specifications.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Passion for children's fashion and a creative mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
