Valentina Kova LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager with strong Technical Design expertise to join our team in New York.

• Modify patterns for fit adjustments for samples and special orders.
• Maintain pattern database and track revisions.
• Review development samples and oversee pattern adjustments.
• Facilitate communication among seamstresses, pattern makers, and graders.
• Manage production calendar to ensure timely order deliveries.
• Supervise material inventory, ensuring trims and fabrics are stocked and reordered as necessary.
• Proficiency in CAD software, creating technical flats using Adobe Illustrator.
• Support fittings and document design meeting notes.
• Assist in quality control and prepare garments for shipment.
• Aid in packing and shipping processes.
• Review and measure garments and patterns to meet company specifications.
• Conduct garment measurements preshipping to uphold production standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in garment construction and patternmaking.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new systems and software.
• Collaborative team player with independent work capability.
• Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Apparel Magic is a plus.
