New York City - Onsite - Hybrid

As a Technical Platform Support Specialist at, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our platform and providing outstanding support to our users.

Your expertise in user interface (UI) design will also contribute to enhancing the visual appeal and usability of our platform.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues, provide timely and effective solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze and optimize tools, documentation, and processes, driving continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Leverage your background in UI design to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear and concise communications for users, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts and tools quickly, with a background in UI design.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and aptitude for learning in a fastpaced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and problemsolving with mínimal guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in design and wireframing tools.

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
