- Manage our ongoing A&D channel advertising campaigns, proving leadership on strategy development and execution, preparing quarterly reports on attribution metrics and new promotional opportunities.
- Identify, segment, and rank strategic A&D accounts and target promotional messages and materials to create engagement and project opportunities.
- Develop and nurture key account relationships at all levels through routine communications, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Engage the A&D community through resource library updates, accredited in-person & remote lunch & learn programs, virtual showroom and project presentations, and participation in relevant A&D-related networking activities.
- Coordinate project sales opportunities with inside sales, customer support and project consulting team members.
- Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in or selling to the A&D community
- Highly organized and a goal-oriented team leader
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, especially to groups
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Experience with utilization of CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at working in collaboration with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Capable of anticipating demands, prioritizing goals and estimating the time and resources needed
- Consistent attention to detail, urgency, and quality.

The A&D Channel Manager's role is to develop and nurture relationships with Specifiers and Partners in the national A&D community involved in interior architecture and design for residential, restaurant/hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. You will employ multiple communication platforms to voice our unique mission, build brand awareness, deliver educational programs, generate new business opportunities, and close sales to meet sales goals.
