    Description

    HANS Power and Water, LLC is seeking a proactive and driven Account Executive to support our business with our current distribution partners, development of strategic new distribution partners and developing account level business that we can steer to our a distribution partners. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the business development process including analyzing prospects including potential distributors; developing a strategic pipeline of business and execution strategy; and ongoing distributor support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a direct sales role selling to commercial and industrial organizations, preferably in the water treatment industry, the ability to communicate effectively, eagerness to learn, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the creation of National recruitment efforts of new distributors and customers
    • Work directly with Management on sales and recruitment campaigns
    • Sign on new distribution partners and drive sales of HANS products through them
    • Close direct sales as applicable
    • Support project management processes and existing Distributor Network in various roles including marketing, sales presentations, and service
    • Prospect potential distributors and/or individual commercial and industrial organizations in given areas to create target lists for recruitment
    • Cold Calling prospects
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
    • Assist in the management of forecasting trends for marketing and sales performance metrics
    • Support sales processes to bring product and brand campaigns to distributors, assist with exhibits and show coordination; coordinate system-wide marketing programs and tests
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of five years' experience in a field sales role preferably in the water treatment industry
    • Demonstrated history of building solid relationships with external customers and delivering profitable growth
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Strong and influential verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt and respond positively and effectively to changing and/or shifting priorities and goals
    • Prior experience with a CRM tool; Salesforce preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
