- Lead development and concepting of product positioning in partnership with Product Development. Own Product Bulletins to serve as source of key product information to aid in planning and forecasting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth for makeup products
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies
- Leverage data analysis to inform category strategy, analyzing the potential of new products based on market data.
- Act as lead cross-functional communicator on all new launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and fully clear on objectives and briefs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, VM, sales, and creative services, to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency
- Spearhead development of 360 Marketing campaign strategies in partnership with social, influencer, VM, PR and education teams for all new product launches and core re-support programs. Work with teams to ensure the relevant content is created to support launches.
- Lead relationship with trade marketing and local markets to ensure aligned execution of launches
- Continue to grow existing product collections and identify key communication opportunities to creatively drive brand awareness with maximum impact.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and ROI metrics
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- 8+ years of global marketing experience in the beauty industry, with a focus of makeup
- 5+ years as Director/Sr Management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through innovative campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Role: Marketing Director
This is a senior role that reports to the SVP of Marketing. This role leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for our product line.
