The Opportunity:

Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.
As a network systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design tactical networks in support of the US Navy and other afloat commands.
Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize tactical afloat network designs through the d evelopment of network topologies and templates from system requirements, development of network templates and IP plans, and development of test plans and documentation.
You'll develop your skills in networks and software integration while gaining experience in DoN acquisition. Join our team and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change.Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
Experience with network configuration for Cisco, Palo Alto, and other vendor switches, routers, and firewalls
Experience developing and documenting network topologies
Experience in troubleshooting and restoring network and system outages
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field and 4+ years of experience engineering networks for the DoD or 6+ years of experience engineering networks for the DoD in lieu of a degree
Nice If
You Have:
Experience supporting navy tactical networks
TS/SCI clearance
CCNA, Security+, VMWare, Palo Alto, or data center certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
