    The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.

    We aim to drive and lead technology renovation in the ad tech and creative industries, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem.

    We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

    Develop and execute the product strategy for TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets

    • Work as the product manager for TikTok Creative Challenge, own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver on clear product goals and success metrics
    • Define TikTok's role and strategy in advertising creative ecosystem, delivery product enhancement and innovation that maximize long term growth of TikTok advertising creative ecosystem
    • Develop indepth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creative production supplier) for advertising creatives, identify and execute the product improvement to drive adoption and retention from both sides
    • Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales and other crossfunctional teams
    • Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on TikTok's ads creative and ecosystem strategy
    Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, building products/tools related to marketplace, performance advertising and creative tools

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
    • Strong experience with the TikTok ecosystem, including the TikTok app, its related products, and its user community.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
    • Experience with multiproject management and execution in a crossfunctional environment
    • Selfstarter who can manage large crossfunctional stakeholders in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.

    As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
