    Job DescriptionAdministrative AssistantThis position offers an opportunity for growth in various areas of the company. We need a team player who is responsible, dedicated and committed to our company.
    Previous employment in an office environment and a High School diploma are required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Must be proficient in Excel and intermediate skills in Word.
    • Good communication skills are important. Daily communication between the supervisor, staff employees, and our customers are what helps us to achieve our goals as a team.
    • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
    • Skills in payroll and accounting are a plus but not required.
    • Computer skills are a must.
    • Basic administrative requirements are typing skills, communication skills, answering phone calls, excel spreadsheets, mult-tasking, and basic clerical skills.
