Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years office experience required. Law office or government agency experience a plus.
Duties Description
The Commission on Judicial Conduct investigates allegations of judicial misconduct.
- Filing, copying and updating network and paper files;
- Assisting callers on filing complaints with the Commission and other reception duties;
- Responsible for all aspects of mail—completing mail logs, distributing mail, preparing certified mail and UPS/FedEx packages.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Fast, accurate typing
- Comfortable moving scanned documents in a network
- Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and discretion
- Patient and calm telephone manner in dealing with the public
