OMH also regulates, certifies and oversees more than 4,500 programs, operated by local governments and nonprofit agencies.

Specific duties to be performed may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Enter new reasonable accommodation requests into the tracking system, ensuring all necessary information has been accurately submitted.
  • Engage with the requestor of a reasonable accommodation if additional information or clarification related to the request is needed.
  • Provide required correspondence to the requestor and other parties once a reasonable accommodation determination has been made.
  • Collect, log, and share required documentation received related to active reasonable accommodation cases.
  • Process any purchasing requests related to approved reasonable accommodations and ensure the requested equipment is delivered to the requestor within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Bureau professional staff.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, documents, spreadsheets; general and confidential correspondence using Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
  • Receive, record, and handle or refer incoming correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, and maintain scheduling and calendars for Bureau staff.
  • Fulfill other support duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- $39,215 (Trainee 1
  • NS equated to SG8)

- $43,768 (Trainee 2
  • NS equated to SG10)
- $46,306 (Full Performance level SG-11)


Pay:
$39, $56,743.00 per year
