As the Communications & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Help maintain web content and implementation of social media strategies including managing and growing social media platforms.
  • Offer administrative support to projects and inhouse teams. (e.g. department archival, photo release management, press clippings)
  • Perform administrative duties not limited to maintaining marketing vendor relationships, obtaining quotes for marketing materials, coordinating delivery/pickup of marketing items, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in the execution of communications strategies.

Marketing Assistant Minimum Salary:
$19.00 / Hour

Communications &

Marketing Assistant Maximum Salary:
$21.00 / Hour

Communications & Marketing Assistant Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM with one hour lunch.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in: Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years' experience
  • Knowledge in marketing communications, web content management, social media marketing or public relations.
