We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do.As the Communications & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Help maintain web content and implementation of social media strategies including managing and growing social media platforms.
- Offer administrative support to projects and inhouse teams. (e.g. department archival, photo release management, press clippings)
- Perform administrative duties not limited to maintaining marketing vendor relationships, obtaining quotes for marketing materials, coordinating delivery/pickup of marketing items, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in the execution of communications strategies.
Marketing Assistant Minimum Salary:
$19.00 / Hour
Communications &
Marketing Assistant Maximum Salary:
$21.00 / Hour
Communications & Marketing Assistant Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM with one hour lunch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in: Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years' experience
- Knowledge in marketing communications, web content management, social media marketing or public relations.
