Description
The Capital Area Council of Churches is looking for an Administration Assistant.

  • Creation of all printed materials used by CACC including newsletters, invitations and other materials using primarily Microsoft Publisher and Word.
  • Keep CACC database information updated with accurate information using information provided to the Council or actively investigated and provide reports as needed.
  • Handle CACC bookkeeping and creating checks to be signed.
  • Actively involved with the planning of all events including Fall Dinner and Annual Assembly.
  • Support person for the Board of Directors and various CACC Committees.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Albany, NY 12203
