Description
The Capital Area Council of Churches is looking for an Administration Assistant.- Creation of all printed materials used by CACC including newsletters, invitations and other materials using primarily Microsoft Publisher and Word.
- Keep CACC database information updated with accurate information using information provided to the Council or actively investigated and provide reports as needed.
- Handle CACC bookkeeping and creating checks to be signed.
- Actively involved with the planning of all events including Fall Dinner and Annual Assembly.
- Support person for the Board of Directors and various CACC Committees.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
