    About The Role

    As Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing, you'll set the stage in how Envoy turns up in the market.

    Bringing the Envoy story to life through innovative awareness strategies and narratives to ensure we are seen as an industry thought leader in the conversations we want to own and stand apart from others.

    Creating unforgettable artifacts and experiences across brand communications, design and digital properties. This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)

    in our San Francisco HQ

    You will

    Lead and inspire a team to successfully develop awareness strategies, differentiated narratives, design and web experiences that continually raise the bar on the experience of our brand
    Bring your perspective on brand activation moves we can follow in the marketplace to have incredible impact on our growth strategy and brand in light of industry trends and market insights

    Develop and own corporate and brand narratives, messaging frameworks and guidelines that communicate and elevate a differentiated, integrated story and visual expression of who we are and what we offer to a broad range of audiences.

    Partnering with our people and enablement teams to ensure all Envoys can articulate and project consistent brand and narratives externally
    Oversee and own our corporate website, to become a destination for a variety of audiences and segments, delivering impactful stories, content and experiences that support awareness through to pipeline conversion
    Provide a prioritized, scalable company-wide creative and web services model leveraging in-house and external resources
    Develop business level OKRs and metrics showcasing the market and business impact of your strategies, programs and function
    You have

    5+ years demonstrated SaaS B2B experience leading and delivering awareness strategies, narratives and brand experiences that elevated market presence and supported their growth trajectory
    2+ years leadership and management experience leading and inspiring your team to successful execute and deliver impact across brand, thought leadership, corporate communications, web and design functions
    Stellar messaging, writing and communication skills to craft and evolve our narratives without big brand agency support
    Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of successfully partnering and influencing across multiple functions (Executives, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
    The ability as a leader to roll your sleeves up and build the foundation while also bringing strategic insights and framework to this function

    Compensation Description

    Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits.

    If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area , our expected cash compensation for this role is $150K- $176K (Annually).

    We are hiring for multiple levels and backgrounds, so final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
