    We are actively looking for a People Service Director to join our Human Resources team.

    As part of the Human Resources Group, the People Service Director directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Human Resources Business Operations, and provides highly responsible and complex assistance to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

    Manages, plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan and goals of the Human Resources Business Partners.
    Assigns work activities, projects, and programs; Interprets company policies and procedures; Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods, programs, and procedures

    Assesses and monitors workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships; Provides or coordinates staff training; Collaborates directly with CHRO to support all aspects of their daily work routine and serves as lead in CHRO's absence.

    Bachelor's Degree business administration, human resources, or related field; Experience with oversight of responsibilities over multistate / international sized company; Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
