    Description

    Summary:

    Responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and handling guest accounts at the end of their stay.

    Must be detail-oriented, possess effective conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making.


    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and register guests with a professional demeanor.
    • Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Manage checkins, checkouts, and billing procedures.
    • Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
    • Comply with the company's drugfree and tobacco/nicotinefree policy.
