    Dallas, TX **Job Description**

    **Southern Botanical is currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager in the Dallas area**

    The ideal candidate will have solid business understanding, strong leadership abilities, and great customer relations skills. They are the type of leader who motivates and encourages the team toward greater efficiency and the branch towards greater profitability. Additionally, this individual will have the unique vision and interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships

    **Position Required Qualifications:**

    Bachelors degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred

    Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making, and computer software systems.

    3+ years of landscaping OR service industry experience

    3+ years of managing multi-million-dollar operations

    Proven Landscape management experience or similar role

    Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

    Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations

    Results-driven and customer-focused

    A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.

    Proficiency in managing crews, customer relations, selling methodologies, and technical procedures of the job.

    Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).

    Able to implement and promote best-in-class production and sales goals.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Work with the branch manager to accurately track branch performance

    Work closely with Branch Manager to develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients

    Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality

    Assist in ensuring existing accounts are renewed each year and executed correctly

    Help monitor branch safety records and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices

    Help Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the company

    Assist in being able to meet goals and metrics

    Help manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

    Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

    Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

    Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and create development plan(s) for employees

    Manage branch in the absence of the branch manager

    **Salary, bonus, and/or commissions:** Commensurate with experience.
