    Description

    Position: Dallas Branch Manager, Cutting Tools Manufacturer

    ★Training in Cincinatti, OH for at least 1 year is required★

    Job Description:

    1. Launch Plan Development: Develop a comprehensive plan for the launch of the Dallas branch, outlining goals and timelines. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market potential and devise strategies.
    2. Business Development: Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to expand the customer base. Present product and service offerings and demonstrations tailored to meet customer needs.
    3. Team Management: Build, train, and lead the Dallas branch team. Provide guidance and motivation to the team to achieve goals.
    4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends in Dallas and surrounding areas, and keep abreast of competitor activities and market share. Adjust strategies and identify new opportunities accordingly.
    5. Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for the Dallas branch. Execute strategies to achieve goals while maintaining a balance between revenue and expenses.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Extensive experience in the cutting tools industry
    • Preferably, experience in business development and sales
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Team player with assertiveness
    • Deep understanding of the Dallas market and its surrounding areas

    Salary:

    • Starting at $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
