    Description

    Our organization is widely recognized as a leading provider of quality in-home care in the Chicago metro area and we are growing As our organization expands, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; and serve as a link between our management and employees. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.     Qualification Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • 3+ years of Human Resources work experience

    Responsibilities

    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
    • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
    • Handle staffing issues and directing disciplinary procedures
    • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
    • Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
