Job Summary:

• Assisting with processing weekly payroll in ADP
• Initiate payroll expense reporting
• Develop companywide processes, such as hiring, vacation, etc.
• Review hiring records, determine gaps and discuss process for improvements
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
• Ensure that procedures comply with employment regulations
• Determine annual insurance benefit options
• Manage performance development process including merit increases
• Manage the administration and reporting for the 401K plan
• Complete annual Reports for the US Census Bureau
• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
• Refresh training manuals/online (sexual harassment training etc.) and the employee handbook with policies
• Verify employee classifications are accurate

Skills and Qualifications:

• Human Resources managementlevel experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
• Strong leadership skills
• A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
• Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
