    Location: Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Florida

    Position: Account Manager

    Bandalux is a leading company in the window covering industry, dedicated to providing innovative and high-quality solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team based in Tampa or nearby.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate sales leads and actively seek out new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our window covering solutions.

    Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.

    Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.

    Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

    Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

    Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in sales, preferably in the window covering or related industry.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

    Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

    Knowledge of the Mid Florida market and customer base are a plus.

    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
