    Looking for an exciting HR Operations opportunity with great potential? Are you seasoned with at least 5+ years of experience in HR Operations? We want you!

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating budgeting & forecasting within Human Resources, managing budgets, preparing forecasts, and tracking invoices.
    • Analyzing spending data, reconciling vendor accounts, and monitoring departmental spend to enhance forecasting accuracy.
    • Offering administrative support to HR leadership, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling expense reports.
    • Discovering and applying tools to streamline HR administrative processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Proficiency with systems like Legal Tracker, SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    Salary Range: $40 - $44 per hour

    Shift: First

    Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating budgeting & forecasting within the Human Resources team, managing budgets, and preparing periodic forecasts.
    • Ensuring timely invoicing from vendor partners, tracking invoices and unbilled amounts monthly.
    • Collecting data, preparing monthly spend reconciliation, and generating reports.
    • Monitoring department spend for enhanced budget forecasting accuracy.
    • Analyzing data and explaining forecasting deviations.
    • Reconciling vendor account statements and resolving discrepancies.
    • Facilitating communication with Finance Department for budget updates.
    • Creating requisitions, purchase orders, and setting up new vendors.
    • Monitoring spend and budgets, and setting up legal matters in Legal Tracker.
    • Providing general administrative support to HR leadership team.
