- Supervises daily operations of the teller line, with a strong emphasis on superior customer service.
- Utilizes effective sales techniques to guide tellers in identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable products and services offered by the Bank.
- Completes teller duties and provides assistance on the platform as necessary.
- Efficiently opens basic new accounts in a friendly and accurate manner.
- Assists customers with routine account maintenance and other service-related issues.
- Handles monetary transactions including check cashing, deposits, selling monetary instruments, foreign currency exchange, and other daily transactional activities.
- Analyzes branch cash usage, ensures cash limits are maintained, orders money supplies based on legal requirements and business needs, and manages vault cash under dual control.
- Balances the ATM daily under dual control, ensuring it is adequately stocked and operational.
- Conducts audits on negotiable instruments, cash drawers, and related logs to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensures accuracy and quality of branch batch scanning and transaction tickets.
- Collaborates with Assistant Branch Manager to monitor and rectify transaction processing errors affecting customer accounts.
- Performs daily quality reviews of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Currency Exchange logs.
- Adheres to the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to work at other branch locations as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Solid operational and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated capability in training, coaching, and counseling employees.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, TellerInsight, and IBS Insight for Deposit Origination.
- Preferred 3+ years of banking experience.
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred.
