    **Description**

    A rare opportunity to join a sales team that focuses on cutting edge Building Automation in NYC.

    CSG an EMCOR Group company, is a team that focuses on winning in an environment that is dynamic and cohesive. We are looking for a candidate who can sell with minimal supervision to contractors, consultants, and building owners. This candidate must have a network of industry contacts and the ability to foster customer relationships.

    **Duties**

    Establish and maintain relationships with key Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and Building Owners with the intent to sell and grow the Building Automation Business.

    Aid and work with Consulting Engineers with writing Control Specifications.

    Attend pre-bid Job meetings, Job walks and client meetings to assess project requirements.

    Estimate and develop proposals for new installation or retro-fit control projects and service contracts.

    Conduct presentations to perspective clients, engineers, and contractors.

    Work with and negotiate with sub-contractors and purchases with electrical contractors and vendors.

    Assist the installation team in developing 100% customer satisfaction.

    **Qualifications**

    B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

    Minimum of 4 years previous sales experience in construction or service of Building Automation and Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.

    Must be fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Knowledge of Visio and or AutoCAD a plus.

    BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus.
