Position Overview

We are in need of a Dialysis Program Coordinator to join our team This is a fulltime position

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of procedures and nursing policies, which will promote safe and constructive care
Initial assessment of hemodialysis patient pre and post-treatment
Set up and operate hemodialysis equipment
Restock unit and monthly inventory
Directly supervise the care of patients on hemodialysis and monitor the medical condition of patients
Prepare In-service training for new personnel

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
BSN degree preferred
Current State of Texas Nursing License
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum one year of experience in Dialysis nursing
