Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to Business Administration or Public Administration, plus four (4) years of experience in a related field.
- Experience may substitute for education up to the maximum of four (4) years.
- Graduation with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for required experience up to two (2) years.

- The Program Compliance Coordinator position will provide program management for the Project Connect Community Initiated Solutions program that consists of community organizations providing a range of displacement prevention services to renters and homeowners. The position supports the organization through all performance and reporting requirements of the program contracts and will prepare and present reports on program accomplishments.
- The Displacement Prevention team has many new programs that require the ability to develop new contract scopes and performance requirements. The incumbent in position will also be the lead for coordinating procurement services for the division.

Pay Range
- $ $37.86
Hours
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible work arrangements, not to exceed 50 percent of the pay period, may be available after an initial training period with the department.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with program solicitation and procurement services.
- Experience with developing program metrics and guidelines.
- Experience with responding to requests for program information from various stakeholders.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Establishes program methods, policies, and procedures to adhere to City, State, and Federal laws.
- Determines program metrics and resource requirements.
- Coordinates and collaborates with key stakeholders regarding program initiatives to meet guidelines and goals.
- Manages, coordinates, and implements contracts/projects associated with assigned programs.
- Monitors contracts to ensure contract goals are met in accordance with City, State, and/or Federal laws.
- Resolves noncompliance issues by investigating and resolving contractrelated discrepancies, complaints, and disputes between all involved parties; negotiates settlement agreements; and assists with resolving appeals and claims.
- Provides training/consulting expertise to internal and external customers regarding solicitations, contracts, and/or programs.
- Provides contract information in response to inquiries from City Council, City Management, Boards and Commissions, Federal officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepares and presents reports by compiling, reviewing, and analyzing data and providing written and/or oral reports to management, to other departments, and to the federal government.
