- Conduct all incoming calls to our patients and providers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about our sites and services.
- Follow scripted communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses and maintaining a conversational tone.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and including call volumes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure all the calls are taken care of.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
