This position will be for our new West LA location but will be trained at our North Hollywoof location
Job Duties:
Manage Reservations:
Coordinate and manage appointments, ensuring the efficient scheduling of client classes and trainers schedules.
Keep track of daily schedules, making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes.
Daily Client Communication:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You are the first impression
Be highly versed in company information for clients regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
Obtain Client and Pet Information:
Accurately collect and record client and pet information with attention to detail.
Ensure completeness of required paperwork, including consent forms and relevant documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of client and pet records, adhering to privacy protocols.
Work in Google Suite
Utilize Google Suite tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs, and Google Sheets for daily administrative tasks.
Manage and organize files, documents, and schedules efficiently.
Collaborate with team members through shared Google Drive folders and documents.
Front Desk Operations:
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and team members.
Represent the organization positively as the first point of contact.
Problem Resolution:
Address client concerns and inquiries, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling unexpected situations.
Requirements:
2 year of customer service experience
1 year of receptionist/front desk experience
1 year Google Suite experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Achievement Oriented - must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent follow-through skills
People OrientedMust have excellent customer service/people skills
1 year of dog experience (prefered)
- Although this position will not require or include any animal handling, applicants should be comfortable around dogs of all shapes and sizes and have basic dog care knowledge)
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
