    To further enhance our team, we are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our Legal Department in Houston, Texas as a Contracts Administrator.

    Overview:

    • Play a key role in supporting the contractual operations of Occidental Petroleum Corporation's Midstream & Marketing segment.
    • Facilitate the negotiation and documentation of various transactions, including natural gas, NGLs, and power sales.
    • Collaborate with Credit, Commercial, and Legal divisions to address contract-related issues effectively.
    • Engage with traders, middle office personnel, and other stakeholders to streamline contract procedures.
    • Manage contract processing and archival in the document management system.
    • Oversee the administration of agreements and coordinate changes with different departments.
    • Prepare and forward contract-related communications.
    • Maintain meticulous electronic contract records, incorporating amendments and pertinent correspondences.
    • Execute additional responsibilities as needed, such as reviewing internal contract protocols periodically.
