    Description
    Our client is seeking a Field Manager to join their rapidly growing team.

    As the Field Manager, you will direct, coach, and develop security guards to create a high-performing team that delivers the best customer service possible.

    We seek a supervisor/manager with excellent communication skills, an energetic leadership style, strong problem-solving abilities, and practical conflict-resolution skills.
    Key Results Areas
    3A3P compliance and enforcement
    Alarm response
    All responsibilities applicable to Gate & Ped positions
    Building openings and closing tasks

    Customer special requests:
    transport of personnel, pickup/delivery of items on or offsite
    Driving and inspection of company vehicles daily
    Conduct post-checks for 3A3P, BOL, Interchange, and Release audits
    Escort "Dishonest Associates" off the premises as needed
    Field Management DAR
    Investigate any incidents or accidents; complete and submit all incident reports
    Lock collection and distribution
    Conduct interior and exterior perimeter checks
    Follow the proper response and execution of all workplace injury protocols
    Seal discrepancy response and resolution per customer protocol
    Ensure all staff is trained properly
    Compliance with all policies, protocols, and procedures as described by the Employer and the customer, which are subject to change without prior notice
    Skills & Qualifications
    High School Diploma required; higher level degree preferred
    Valid guard card
    Prior experience working in a logistics or security/loss prevention environment is preferred
    At least six months of prior supervisory or management experience
    Valid driver's license
    Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
    Strong attention to detail and time management skills
