    Program Overview

    This structured 6-month internship program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Interns will rotate through our Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management departments, gaining insight and expertise in each functional area. This program aims to develop a holistic understanding of warehouse logistics and prepare interns for potential future roles in the logistics and supply chain industry. OPT/CPT is welcome to apply. A return offer is available for qualified candidates.

    Program Structure:

    Month 1-2: Inbound Management

    • Learn the fundamentals of receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
    • Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating with the procurement team.
    • Participate in the use of warehouse management systems to log and track shipments.
    • Understand safety standards and compliance requirements for incoming goods.

    Month 3-4: Outbound Management

    • Gain exposure to order processing, packing, and shipping operations.
    • Assist in scheduling and dispatching goods, learning about route planning and freight optimization.
    • Participate in customer service operations, dealing with queries and feedback.
    • Learn about the technologies and strategies used to improve outbound efficiency.

    Month 5-6: Inventory Management

    • Understand inventory control techniques and participate in stock audits.
    • Learn about inventory reconciliation and reporting discrepancies.
    • Participate in implementing inventory reduction strategies and efficiency improvements.
    • Assist in the development of inventory forecasts and planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Data Analyst, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eager to learn and capable of adapting to a dynamic environment.
    • Bilingual in Mandarin Speaking
