Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain within one (1) month of employment - Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, business administration or related field - Five (5) years of supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance and operations, to include two (2) years of supervisory experience

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSITION:

CASH Maintenance Manager Certification
OSHA Certification
California Contractors License

Proof of certificates, education, etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.
