Your responsibilities:


Exciting and diverse tasks await you:

  • Conceptualization, planning and implementation of technical projects with a focus on AVT (specifically COB, flip chip)
  • Preparation of feasibility studies for new concepts based on customer requirements
  • Information/data acquisition from customers and other internal and external interfaces during the quotation process
  • Project management of specific customer projects, including order placement, review of results, handover to the customer and transfer to series production
  • Coordination, monitoring and reporting of project activities to ensure goals are met in terms of quality, cost and deadlines
  • Interface with customers, suppliers and internal departments particularly with the Process Engineering group and external partners
  • Occasional travel required
