PMI is looking for a Marketing Specialist to provide marketing and communications support to various teams and programs within our company.


In this role, they will learn PMI's product line and craft relevant content to engage prospective and existing customers and drive traffic to the company's website to boost sales.

The content marketing specialist combines both analytics and creativity to deliver high-quality targeted campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance with marketing & promotional tasks for the company
  • Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
  • Draft and edit communications copy (e.g. press releases, publications, social media posts)
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
  • Update databases and media lists
  • Track projects and media exposure
  • Facilitate effective internal communications
  • Maintain calendars and schedule webinars
  • Prepare presentations and reports

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software
(Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus

  • Solid editing and researching skills
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and change direction quickly as needs arise

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field


Experience:

0-3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
