- Perform Orthopedic-related surgical procedures, with one full day devoted to Orthopedic JointSurgery
- See patients in the Orthopedic Suite, as well as community-based physician offices
- Participate in inpatient rounds, on-call, and patient emergencies
- Supervise and teach PAs, residents, and medical students
- Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid and active NYC license
- DEA, ATLS, ACLS, and BCLS Certifications
- At least three to five years of experience with clinical practice and orthopedic surgical procedures; prior leadership and teaching experience a strong plus

The Brooklyn Hospital Center provides a salary range and/or hourly rate to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
