    Title: Corporate Partnerships Account ManagerDepartment: Corporate PartnershipsReports to: Director, Business Development Date: March 2024 SUMMARYThe Las Vegas Desert Dogs were launched on June 21, 2021, as the 15th team in the National Lacrosse League beginning play in December 2022. The team is co-owned by Wayne Gretzky, Dustin Johnson, Steve Nash, and Joe Tsai. The Desert Dogs play at Michelob ULTRA Arena located inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This position is responsible for the overall support of the Corporate Partnership team. The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager will help manage the department operations and act as the liaison with our internal partners as well as external clients. JOB DESCRIPTION - WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Work closely with your supervisor and other members of the corporate partnerships team to achieve departmental goals and provide best in class programs
    • Coordinate with internal departments to schedule and fulfill partner obligations
    • Create partnership sales decks, PowerPoint templates, signage and asset mock ups, and format signage creative for printing
    • Prospect new sources and leads for future partnership opportunities
    • Secure proof-of-performance documentation required for partner business reviews
    • Manage digital and rotational signage inventory
    • Work as the client event operations liaison for the department attending all home games and community events
    • Be proactive with the ability to demonstrate innovation and initiative with all tasks assigned
    • Be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment
    • Manage and update CRM data in Hubspot
    • Other duties, as assigned
    CANDIDATE PROFILE – WHO YOU ARE:
    • College degree preferred and/or 2+ years of sponsorship / partnership marketing or branding experience in fast paced and creative environment
    • Must be highly proficient with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment
    • Self-motivated, self-starter, and self-organized
    • Works effectively and collaboratively with team members
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs simultaneously and successfully in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively and navigate high-pressure situations.
    Travel Requirements May be required to travel on some occasions (<10% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights. Work Environment Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
