    RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly-organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention-to-detail to join our team in Nevada as an AccountingManager If you are someone that has a strong background in accounting, goes above and beyond to get the job done, and are looking for a long-term "home", this opportunity may be perfect for you

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily accounting functions and procedures for the dealership.
    • Work closely with the Regional Controller and the General Manager to maintain and review schedules and financials.
    • Assist in month-end close procedures.
    • Complete daily cash reconciliation and balance bank transactions.
    • Sales deal finalization and title processing.
    • AP/AR Management.
    • Reconcile monthly statements.
    • Verify and enter major unit inventory as received.
    • Maintain and order dealership supplies.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior office management or cash management experience is required.
    • Dealership Office Management/Accounting experience strongly desired
    • Vehicle Title work experience is strongly desired
    • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office and Excel and Google Suite
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Able to work additional hours as needed mid-month and month-end to complete payroll and month-end close
    • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
    • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
