    Salary Range:
    $70,000 - $90,000/year

    How You Will Make An Impact

    As an Accounting Manager , you will work with the accounting staff to improve and automate financial processes while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

    You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle by collaborating with key executives, store General Managers, and other stakeholders in the implementation of new processes and technologies across the family of dealerships.

    Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrityLead in the preparation of selected manufacturer financial statements, and assist the broader accounting organization with the preparation of consolidated financial statementsResponsible for scheduling annual internal audit visits for all dealerships and presenting findings/recommendations to relevant partiesPrepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliation schedules and operational reportsAssist the Controllers and Office Managers in developing and implementing financial discipline, expense control, and optimizationWork with executive management to track, report, and collect manufacturer programs and performance incentivesAssist with financing audits, development and audit reconciliation of inventory and salesMaximize cash flow by assisting with line-of-credit managementAssist with process development/modification and technology deployment to improve overall efficiencyAnalyze and document current processes, define operational gaps and recommend standardized processesAssist with ad-hoc projects, and additional duties as directed

    Skills Needed To Win

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with a focus on Automotive DealershipsSelf-starter, motivated by results, problem solver, team playerBachelors degree in accounting, MBA and/or Dealer Automotive experience a big plusAbility to understand and interpret financial statements, strong communication skills a mustProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)CDK Global experience strongly desiredComfortable with operating multiple application systemsDemonstrated success building consensus, coaching and working in team environmentAbility to complete multiple projects on time with varying timelines and prioritiesSome domestic travel may be required
