    We are looking for a National Accounts Manager to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

    Your role

    To best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence with new national accounts and manufacturer rep organizations by finding ways that Quincy Compressor can continuously contribute to their success. As the National Accounts Manager, you will be the key to establishing and building relationships with our customers to help them succeed. You will report to the VP of Equipment Sales.
    • You will develop the target market strategy including the customer set, sales approach tactics, value proposition, etc.
    • You will create and follow-up of the marketing plan specific to target accounts and manufacture reps, in conjunction with the communications manager.
    • You will development of a clear plan of action with measurable goals and execution KPIs.
    • You will interact with the many different internal departments to create the necessary support structure.
    • You will collaborate with both the direct sales teams and the distributors to ensure excellent national coverage and support.
    • You will hold regular meetings with all existing national accounts and OEMs to gather feedback, identify problems to solve and opportunities for the future.
    • You will provide regular and properly justified feedback to the product development teams in order to drive product improvement and renewal.
    To succeed you need
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject, Business or Engineering preferred.
    • You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in industry, preferably the compressed air industry.
    • You have a long and successful history in field sales, working with large key accounts and OEMs.
    • You are willing and able to travel regularly on planes--ability to travel extensively in North America required.

    Location

    You will be hybrid and report into our Houston, Texas office and are responsible for specific territory. #LI-Hybrid
