    Exciting Job Opportunity: Service Manager



    About Our Company:

    We are a leading company in the electrical industry, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients.



    Summary:

    We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee office planning, coordination, and budgeting related to the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical distribution and transmission systems for our valued clients. In this role, you will also offer technical support to field technicians.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise the daily activities of field engineers and technicians.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and scheduling preferences.
    • Ensure compliance with testing and safety protocols among office engineers and technicians.
    • Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees, clients, and suppliers.
    • Provide technical and safety training to office staff.

    Requirements:
    • NETA level 3 or 4 Certification is a must.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical equipment testing and inspection, covering high voltage and low voltage applications.
    • Comprehensive understanding of various electrical equipment, testing procedures, installation methods, and maintenance practices.
    • Strong management and supervisory abilities.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding safety track record.
    • Hands-on experience with transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and relays.
    • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and profit/loss management.
