    Job Description

    DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a customer focused and motivated Service Manager in Orlando, FL who will utilize prior management experience to synchronize daily operations of the service department. This individual will establish and enforce exceptional customer service standards while ensuring profitability on jobs performed. Effective communication with both internal and external customers is crucial while representing the company in a professional manner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various operational aspects and ensuring a positive work environment. This individual will work closely with Senior Management to establish department goals and review current operational objectives.

    Position Overview

    • Promptly address and handle customer relations to enhance the overall customer experience
    • Conduct yearly performance evaluations for applicable direct reports.
    • Coach direct reports on disciplinary action and performance improvement.
    • Inventory management and planning
    • Champion safety culture and audit compliance
    • Create a positive work environment that respects both employees and customers.
    • Assess the development needs of direct reports and implement appropriate training opportunities
    • Fleet management
    • Conduct fiscal responsibility
    • Business audits
    • Report analysis
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
    • Minimum two (2) years' work experience; preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities with a commercial building products and materials company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products
    • Proven ability to implement process improvements.
    • Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude
    • Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
    • Supervising experience preferred
