I am a self-motivated professional that is organized, adaptable, reliable and have excellent clerical skills. I am used to working in a fast paced environment and am very detail oriented and accuracy driven. Experience
I have been in the Mortgage and Title industry for many years and have many transferrable skills. My clerical functions are impeccable. I have processed and closed loans on both the Title and Mortgage side of the industry. My transferrable skills are being incredibly adaptable as the industry and rules are constantly changing. I automatically look for fraud and my time management skills are excellent. Communicating with agents and service companies are a daily task. Critical thinking is key because when you hit a snag you have to find a way to make the loan work.
Education
I have a High School Diploma and have a Certificate for Medical Billing and Coding. Most of my education has been on the job training.
