- Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the onsite team and subcontractors, providing daily updates to the project manager.
- Coordinate job site logistics, oversee daily work activities, manage day-to-day customer interactions, and track progress of all subcontractors.
- Order materials for projects, manage on-site materials, reconcile material shipments, and coordinate the delivery of equipment and material with subcontractors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial/industrial (not residential) settings.
- Extensive experience with HVAC retrofits.
- Proficiency in reading plans, specifications; understanding of project schedules, budgets, and safety procedures.
- Ability to execute selected projects independently, including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
- Capacity to maintain high quality standards across all operational tasks and projects.
