    Description

    Commercial Interiors Superintendent - New York City will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Commercial Construction projects throughout Manhattan and New York City.

    Our client is currently leading the Commercial Building and Construction industry in the five Burroughs of New York, NY, specifically Manhattan.

    They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Commercial Build outs, ground up construction and renovations. Commercial Interiors Superintendent - New York City
    Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
    On site project site daily
    Work directly with Project Manager to ensure project is completed on time and under budget
    Review and approve Commercial construction operation plans, change order request and pay apps.
    Provide monthly forecasting for all projects, including internal general conditions costs
    Review contingency plans for potential problems concerning labor activity, fire, storms, etc.
    Track and report on all project costs
    Identify and evaluate risk that may have an impact on the project
    Provide support and guidance for project personnel
    Establish and maintain communications between team and Subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely flow of information
    Develop and issue monthly status reports to keep management informed on construction progress, direct and indirect construction costs, and other project activities
    3-5 years of leading commercial construction projects in Building and Construction industry
    ~ Experience with Commercial and health care
    ~ Experience in Commercial and Office markets
    ~ Experience handling projects 100% independently
    ~ Local to New York, NY and Manhattan, NY
    ~ Must have experience building in New York City
