We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed successfully.


In this role, you will:


  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and guarantee adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.
  • Utilize construction management software (like ProCore) to monitor progress and facilitate communication.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • OSHA 30 and NYC 62 Hour SST certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ProCore and MS Project (or similar software).
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for construction and a desire to contribute to a growing, impactful company.

$85, $95,000.00 per year
